Required Fields
This is very flexible job search engine. The only required field for any search is either "Job Title" or "Keywords" or "Exact Phrase". Just any
one of these three fields is required for the search engine to start scanning.
Job Title
Enter words that the job title must contain. Example "Project Manager" will yield results with that exact phrase
in the job title. Or you can use boolean operators such "or" to bring back jobs with one or more words in
the job title such as "Project or Manager"
Key Words
Enter words that you want to appear in the job description or overall job search results. The search engine
will return those jobs that have these words in there somewhere. Keep in mind that the words will appear in
any order in the job search results.
Exact Phrase
Enter a phrase or set of words that you want to appear in the job search description. A longer phrase may
mean a tighter parameter search and may yield lower results. This is an ideal way to pinpoint hard to find jobs.
Exclude Words
Enter words that you don't want to appear in the job search results. For example, if you are looking for a
CFO position and you don't want to see positions like "CFO Assistant", etc., you can enter the word "assistant"
in this area and these jobs will be excluded from the results.
